When you submit any contribution to The Casting Duo Agency (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant The Casting Duo Agency a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, assignable and sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the The Casting Duo Agencys privacy policy stated below. If you do not wish to grant The Casting Duo Agency the above rights in respect of any contribution, please do not submit your contribution to The Casting Duo Agency. This section "Intellectual Property" survives the termination or expiration of the agreement formed pursuant to these Terms. Moral Rights
When you submit any contribution to The Casting Duo (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to waive any moral rights in such contribution for the purposes of its submission to and inclusion on and publication by The Casting Duo Agency. Fees and Overdue Payment
You are responsible for paying any fees that you may owe The Casting Duo Agency. Late payment charges will be shown exclusive of VAT for which you will be additionally charged. If payment is not made on the date it is due, The Casting Duo Agency is entitled, without prejudice to any other rights it may have, to charge interest on the outstanding balance at the rate of 3 percent above the overnight rate set the time by the Royal Bank Of Scotland from the due date until the outstanding balance is paid in full. Terminating Your Account
You can request, in writing, that your membership of The Casting Duo Agency be terminated at any time. Please write "Membership Cancellation" on the envelope in order to speed up the processing of your request. This request will be effective once written notice is received at The Casting Duo´s postal address (1 Lewes Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 5JE United Kingdom). The Casting Duo Agency will remove you details within 20 working days. Requesting termination of your membership will be effective as a waiver of refund of any fees paid by you for services you did not, or have not yet used. Correspondence and Notices
All correspondence with The Casting Duo Agency must state your name, contact phone number, address, The Casting Duo Agency user name and e-mail address. The Casting Duo Agency Rights and Obligations Limitation of Liability

In the event of a user name or password being withdrawn, The Casting Duo will issue you with an alternate user name and password provided you have acted in accordance with these Terms. You may, from time to time, be required to send information to The Casting Duo Agency via the post (including but not limited to CVs, photographs etc). The Casting Duo Agency will use reasonable endeavours to comply with any request you make to have items returned. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred in relation to a request for the return of information sent to The Casting Duo. The Casting Duo Agency accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, damaged or destroyed information, or any damage, loss or expense suffered by you in relation to information sent to The Casting Duo Agency. Retention of Applications
The Casting Duo Agency reserves the right to retain any applications made to us in conjunction to services and promotions that may be offered or run from time to time, and to download the successful applicant´s information from The Casting Duo Agency. No Agency
The Casting Duo Agency is a portfolio hosting service which may assist talented individuals in self promotion. The Casting Duo Agency does not act to find any of our clients work. The Casting Duo Agency is not an agency and as such The Casting Duo Agency does not take or receive any commission on any assignments or work etc that you may receive as a result of using The Casting Duo Agency. The Casting Duo Agency is not a work provider, and does not actively act to find you work. Instead, The Casting Duo provides a jobs board search engine to allow parties to independently search for information. The Casting Duo Agency makes no representation, warranty, guarantee or otherwise that you as a successful applicant will obtain any work, assignments, contracts or otherwise as a result of using the services provided by The Casting Duo Agency. Payment and Refund Policy In addition to your statutory rights, The Casting Duo Agency operates a half refund policy. This policy enables you to cancel your registration within 8 days. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of half of your initial payment. The Casting Duo Agency may, from time to time, run events for the benefit of talent. Participation in these events will require payment of additional fees.
Payment can be made using the following: Debit Card/Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch Maestro, Solo, Bank Transfer, Cash (£). When any transaction is completed you have the right to the authorisation code to confirm the authenticity of the transaction and a receipt will be issued (where required) for your records.
